Divine Aesthetics – Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Booking Fees

• All appointments require a booking fee to secure your slot.
• Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by management.
• Remaining balances must be paid in full before or on the day of treatment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of booking fee.
• Failure to attend your appointment (“no-show”) will result in full loss of booking fee and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

3. Treatment Suitability

• Clients must complete a consultation and medical questionnaire before treatment.
• It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and truthful medical information.
• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

4. Results Disclaimer

• Results vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, body type, medical history, and aftercare compliance.
• No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
• Multiple sessions are recommended m to achieve desired results.

5. Aftercare

• Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by the clinic.
• Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and increase the risk of adverse reactions.
• The clinic is not responsible for poor results due to non-compliance with aftercare instructions.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

• Clients must inform the clinic of:
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Any medical conditions
  • Recent surgeries
  • Medications
  • Allergies
  • Skin conditions
• Certain treatments may not be suitable for all individuals.

7. Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of aesthetic and body contouring treatments, all services are non-refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued for completed treatments, treatment packages, or unused sessions.
• In exceptional circumstances, management discretion may apply.

8. Treatment Packages

• Treatment packages are non-transferable and must be used within the validity period stated at purchase.
• Expired sessions may not be redeemed.

9. Liability

• While every care is taken during treatments, clients acknowledge there are potential risks and side effects associated with body contouring procedures.
• The clinic shall not be held liable for adverse reactions where consultation and consent procedures have been properly followed.

10. Patch Tests & Contraindications

• Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before appointment.
• Failure to attend a required patch test may result in cancellation of treatment.

11. Age Restriction

• Clients must be aged 18 years or over for body contouring treatments unless otherwise stated and parental consent is legally accepted.

12. Photography & Marketing

• With client consent, before and after photographs are taken for progress tracking and marketing purposes. 

13. Personal Belongings

• The clinic is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

14. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour.

15. Changes to Terms & Conditions

• The clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
